"I am beyond impressed with Salvy’s. I spoke with a client of mine one evening and learned they had a surprise death in the family. I immediately looked for reputable florists in their area (I live in NH) and Salvy’s came up. Not only was I able to put an order in at 5:30 pm for next day delivery (with no extra charge, mind you) - they executed the quality and hospitality that seem so hard to come by these days. They sent me a picture of the bouquet before delivering it which is a wonderful level of service to provide. They were gorgeous and looked even better than the picture. Upon arriving at the delivery address, I got a call from them stating “no one is home, and I don’t want these to die in the cold, so I’m going to just bring them back to keep them fresh and we can figure something out”. He called my client (the flower recipient) and told me they had an out of office message til for the weekend. I asked the gentleman, “can you give me a moment to try his personal?”. He said sure thing, and waited on the porch until I spoke with my client and learned they’d be home in ten minutes. Called him back, thanked him for waiting, and said he could leave them there and that they’d be home in a few minutes. Long review, but wanted to paint the picture. Salvy’s is the real deal - the empathy that they exuded when delivering sympathy flowers along with executing the bouquet at the highest degree. You just can’t put a dollar value on that. Thank you, genuinely, for such a great experience. "
