"While I thought that the sprays were absolutely beautiful, I was unhappy to arrive to my mother's funeral mass to find the sprays just laid on the ground. When ordering a standing spray, the online description does not indicate there is no stand included, nor did the man taking my order over the phone tell me that it would not be included. He confirmed to me "you said you wanted standing one, right?" To which I said "yes, a standing spray.". How could I know that a stand was not included when it's part of the name? Perhaps this is common knowledge to those in the floral industry, but I have never had to order funeral flowers before. I would have gladly paid extra if it was shared to me during my phone order that the flower arrangements would be left on the floor. "
