"I am extremely disappointed with the flowers I received. They look nothing like the photos advertised on your website. The arrangement I got was much smaller, poorly put together, and lacked the quality and fullness shown in the pictures. This feels misleading, as the product delivered is completely different from what was promised. I expected fresh, vibrant flowers arranged professionally, but instead received something that looks cheap and rushed. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the accuracy of your product representation and overall quality."
