"I am sorry to say that I am not happy with this arrangement. I specifically chose a plant without flowers and one that looked much more lively. This one that got delivered looks a bit sad and has white flowers. Can you please advise on what options we have to right this situation? I honestly don’t want anything else delivered to disturb the family but perhaps a refund. Thanks for understanding."
